Movies I watched – October 2007

First of all this is not a movie review or comparison of that sort. I just wanted to write something about some of the movies I watched during the month of October, 2007. If you are interested in knowing more about these movies, just check on Wikipedia or IMDB or just Google.

This list is only of the films that I watched on DVDs and downloads, and does not include those I watched on television.

1. Knocked Up [2007]
   Watched on: 06/10/2007 – Xvid/DvDrip

   Genre: Comedy / Drama / Romance
   MPAA: Rated R for sexual content, drug use and language.

   Comments: Its not just another comedy, I think.

2. You Kill Me [2007]
   Watched on: 07/10/2007 – Xvid/DvDrip.AC3
   IMDB – Wikipedia
   Genre: Comedy / Crime / Thriller
   MPAA: Rated R for language and some violence.

   Comments: Its sometimes comedy and thrillers wont work together well, but in this I think it has worked well.
   
   

3. Katrathu Tamil [2007]
   Watched on: 14/10/2007 – WMV/CAM

   Comments: I don’t agree with the ideologies of this movie, but I think it has been pictured nicely with good acting, cinematography and music.
   
   
4. The Invisible [2007]
   Watched on: 19/10/2007 – Xvid/DvDrip

   Genre: Drama / Fantasy / Mystery / Thriller
   MPAA: Rated PG-13 for violence, criminality, sensuality and language – all involving teens.
   
   Comments: Its just a crazy idea for me to think like this, but it just a life just after death, and just before you are completely died. (?)
5. Live Free or Die Hard [2007]
   Watched on: 20/10/2007 – Xvid/DvDrip
   IMDB – Wikipedia
   Genre: Action / Adventure / Crime / Thriller
   MPAA: Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of violence and action, language and a brief sexual situation.
   
   Comments: Its just a good action movie to watch. Good action sequence and specially I love those hacking and all those information security stuff. Just cool…
6. Inside Man [2006]
   Watched on: 28/10/2007 – Xvid/DvDrip
   IMDB – Wikipedia
   Genre: Crime / Drama / Thriller
   MPAA: Rated R for language and some violent images.

   Comments: The kind of robbery I would like to do someday(?). It just wonderful how he plans for, and executes it.

7. National Treasure [2004]
   Watched on: 30/10/2007 – Xvid/DvDrip
   IMDB – Wikipedia
   Genre: Action / Adventure / Mystery / Thriller
   MPAA: Rated PG for action violence and some scary images.

   Comments: It was bit slow moving in the first half, but it got phase in the second, and would say a nice movie.

8. Ratatouille[2007]
   Watched on: 31/10/2007 – Xvid/DvDrip

   Genre: Animation / Comedy / Family

   Comments: After a long time I watched a very nice one, and it something I would ask everyone to watch. Its just at the time I’m trying to learn cooking, this little rat cooks. Just funny…
